[SCG] The Solar Energy Consortium and Prism Solar

Hi Art,

thanks for the input. I am familiar with MCC. That was certainly a  
significant accomplishment.

We certainly should copy the effort of the Austin group and create a  
"cluster" of high tech "green" industries as a balance to the biotech  
sector.
